 سياسة الاسترجاع والتبديل

🖋️ أولًا: المنتجات الرقمية (Digital Products)

  جميع المنتجات الرقمية أو المواد القابلة للتحميل غير قابلة للاسترجاع أو التبديل نظرًا لطبيعتها الإلكترونية بعد إتمام الدفع

 

في حال واجهت أي مشكلة تقنية في التحميل أو الاستلام، يرجى التواصل معنا خلال 48 ساعة عبر البريد الإلكتروني

All digital products (such as PDFs or downloadable materials) are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once payment is completed, due to their electronic nature.

If you experience any technical issue with downloading or receiving the product, please contact us within 48 hours at [Support@mindfulbysj.com], and we will provide immediate assistance.

 

📦 ثانيًا: المنتجات الملموسة (Physical Products)

يمكن استرجاع أو تبديل المنتجات الملموسة خلال 7 أيام عمل من تاريخ الاستلام، بشرط أن تكون بحالتها الأصلية وغير  مستخدمة

.يتحمل العميل تكاليف الشحن الخاصة بالإرجاع أو التبديل، إلا في حال كان المنتج تالفًا أو تم شحن منتج خاطئ

.بعد استلام المنتج والتأكد من حالته، يتم استرجاع المبلغ بنفس وسيلة الدفع خلال مدة أقصاها 14 يوم عمل

Physical products may be returned or exchanged within 7 business days from the date of receipt, provided they are in their original condition and unused.

The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of returns or exchanges, except in cases where the product is defective or the wrong item was shipped.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be processed using the same payment method within 14 business days.
